Excellent historical history reference
I love the recipes and the older ingredients. It's just not done this way anymore. Holiday drinks will never be the same again.
Very informative on classic libations.
I liked the stories and recipes inside of the book but the only part which lost me was measuring drink recipes in "parts" . The book is amazing and I am a fan.
Republication of a classic story from a black bartender in the very old South. An interesting read.
The recipes are nothing new or taste any better.
